Helping Housing Customers Drive Digital Transformation Forward
Today Abzorb, unified communications and mobile services provider announced it has been accepted on the telecommunications framework by the Procurement for Housing Framework (PfH).
PfH provides procurement solutions for social housing including councils, local authorities, and housing associations, plus care homes, NHS and education facilities. PfH offer 23 frameworks covering a range of products and services, with each frame work offering a trusted and compliant route to market for social housing providers with independent advice, consultation, and tailored solutions. Customers benefit from data driven systems and processes designed to drive savings and extract value throughout the life cycle of each contract.
“Abzorb has been appointed to our telecommunications framework, this is a focused telecommunication, digital inclusion, and Internet of Things (IoT) solution which supports PfH Members nationwide in their transition to cloud first technologies and help drive customer service forward.
We look forward to developing our partnership with Abzorb and helping our housing customers with the mobile and telecommunications solutions they require,” comments Katie Lomax, Category Buyer at PfH.
Housing associations often struggle with large telecommunications estates particularly in the last few years when more mergers have become common, and estates have contained numerous technologies from different providers making it costly and difficult to manage. Coupled with a more mobile workforce it is essential for housing associations to have the right technology in place to ensure that employees can do their jobs more effectively.
Matt Dykes, COO, Abzorb comments. “We are delighted to have been accepted on the PfH telecommunications framework. We have a strong reputation in housing and being on this framework will increase our visibility in the sector and grant access to their member database. We look forward to working with PfH and their customers in simplifying business communications.”
With the big ISDN/PSTN switch off looming, now is the time for housing organisations to realise the benefit that telecom solutions such as IP and mobile networks can offer. We look forward to working with PfH and their customers in simplifying their business communications.
