Relevant certifications such as CCNA are highly advantageous.

Completion of daily billing and production of CDRs·
Monthly bill run cycle, production of Reseller CDRs and customer invoices within SLA.
Checks of supplier’s rates, ensure Abzorb are being billed as per the suppliers published tariffs.
Checking of all invoices from our Suppliers have been added to the billing platform correctly.
Ensure any rate changes made by suppliers are updated in the billing portal.
Assisting answering of any incoming customer care calls.
